The single screw cooking and extrusion process enables to deliver a perfectly gelatinized dough to the former-extruder and hence to produce the desired shapes.

PRE-DRYING

It is the first drying stage. In order to reduce the surface moisture content, the product is heated while passing onto the vibrating floors of the shaking pre-dryer. This process also avoids that they stick together.
