SYRUP MIXING TANKS

The Syrup preparation group, entirely made of stainless steel, is composed of two melting tanks that work alternatively in order to ensure the continuity of the process.

Each tank is composed of:

• hollow wall independently heated by mineral oil;

• insulated external jacket with stainless steel shell;

• upper rim with moisture recovery system through a water cooled jacket and recovery system of condensate;

• variable speed mixing propeller;

• washing waste draining;

• discharge of residual syrup and rst portion of syrup at circulation start up;

• process syrup circulation and ltering by-pass;

• pouring - discharge by-pass between the two tanks;

• syrup circulation and ltering pump;

• process syrup lter made of stainless steel;

• syrup temperature probe;

• minimum level probe.
