SHEETING ROLLERS

This unit is used in the wet fried technology in order to form the dough into a sheet coming from the mixer. It is mainly composed of:

• a sturdy painted steel structure consisting of tubular sections of adequate thickness, suitable for supporting the high loads

  necessary for forming the product;

• a distributing group equipped with hopper and screw to uniformly feed the laminating group;

• a couple of chromium plated and ground high tensile alloy steel forming rollers (upon request the steel rollers can be of

  stainless steel);

• independent cooling system for each roller, ow regulation valve and thermometer;

• manual regulation of the thickness and graduated disc;

• transmission unit whit D.C. motor and transmission chain;

• low shear scraping blades.
